CONSUMER BOOK RETURN POLICY:
SLACK Incorporated will accept any book from a customer who ordered directly from the Publisher for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Books must be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with a copy of the invoice or packing slip to SLACK Incorporated's RETURN ADDRESS listed on the front of the invoice. Returns must be sent by some form of trackable shipping method. Books must be in resaleable condition and shipped pre-paid by the customer.
RETAIL BOOKSTORE RETURN POLICY:
SLACK Incorporated will accept any book from retail bookstores, when ordered directly from the Publisher, within 13 months of invoice date. Permission must first be requested from the Publisher by mail at the address below or fax 1-856-848-6091. Books must be returned to SLACK Incorporated to RETURN ADDRESS listed on the front of the invoice with a copy of the Invoice and the signed Permission to Return. Packages shipped to other locations will be surcharged the cost of reshipment to our warehouse. All books must be in resaleable condition with the original shrinkwrapping. All claims for loss or damage must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Returned books should be shipped pre-paid by the bookstore by a traceable shipping method.
